Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of InputLayer, including our website, browser extension, applications, APIs, and related services operated by Aevronyx.

Last Updated: March 31, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InputLayer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using InputLayer.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities occurring under your account.

You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access, credential compromise, or security incidents affecting your account.

4. Service Description

InputLayer provides AI-assisted prompt enhancement and related features intended to improve how users structure and communicate instructions to AI systems.

We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InputLayer to:

  • violate any law or regulation,
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights,
  • submit malicious code, spam, or abusive traffic,
  • bypass security measures, limits, or access controls,
  • reverse engineer or exploit the platform except where legally permitted,
  • generate unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive content, or
  • use the service in a way that may damage the platform or other users.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features may require a paid subscription or usage-based billing. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize applicable charges through our payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided in a separate refund policy.

We may revise pricing, plans, or billing structures at any time. Changes will apply prospectively.

7. Intellectual Property

InputLayer, including its software, design, branding, visual assets, workflows, documentation, and service architecture, is owned by or licensed to Aevronyx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights, title, or interest in the service are transferred to you.

8. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate and improve the platform.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, store, and display submitted content solely as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

9. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated or AI-enhanced outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any output generated through InputLayer.

InputLayer is not legal, medical, tax, financial, compliance, or emergency-response software, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or human review in high-risk contexts.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk to the service, exposed us or others to legal liability, or engaged in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aevronyx and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from or related to the service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aevronyx and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your chosen operating jurisdiction for the business. You should replace this section with your final jurisdiction before going fully live.

Until you finalize that jurisdiction, do not present this as fully settled legal language. Once your company structure is locked, update this section with the governing law, dispute venue, and any arbitration terms.
